Budget

Comparing to year 2005, Sigulda region budget has increased by 22.6 percent in 2006, but during last 3 years total increment has reached 74 percent.

Revenue of year 2006, apart from earmarked subsidies and loans is planned in the amount of 4.6 million lats.

The planed budget of Sigulda region for year 2006, together with earmarked subsidies, loans and special budget will amount to 8 million lats.

Assessing the Sigulda region council expenses for year 2006, most of the finances will be directed to education.
